Queens House lifestyle to be unveiled

Homebuyers will be able to see for themselves the lifestyle they could enjoy when a new Coventry residential development opens its doors to the public on Saturday, 27 May.

Developers Elevate Property Group are unveiling the show apartment to the public which will give an insight into what is available in the 62 one and two-bedroomapartments and studios at Queens House in Queens Road, Coventry.

Such has been the early interest that already 26, some 42 per cent, of the 62 apartments have been reserved.

Matthew Walters, branch manager at agents Connells in Coventry, said the high specification and lack of availability of similar apartment schemes in the city was driving demand.

“The location of Queens House is excellent.

“It is within walking distance of all of Coventry’s exciting new developments and the vibrant city centre. It is also very handily placed for the university.

Owning an apartment at Queens House will not only provide the key to a new home, but will unlock the opportunity for a city lifestyle,” he said.

Prices for Queens House range from £125,000 to £195,000 for the 45 one bedroom and 17 two bedroom apartments and with construction work already well underway Elevate expects to be handing over the first properties in late Autumn 2017.

The development is the first joint venture between Elevate Property Group and Investin plc.

Elevate Property Group is the company behind highly successful residential developments in Birmingham, including Concord House, Honduras Wharf, St Paul’s House and Queensway House.

Elevate managing director Steve Dodd: “Our move into Coventry marks the first joint venture with Investin plc and we are already targeting other Midlands cities with a number of deals in the hands of lawyers.”

Viewings of Queens House are available on Saturday 27 May by appointment between 10am and 3pm. Please call for an appointment. The selling agents are Connells of Coventry on 02476 553093.
