Elevate Property Group has appointed Knight Frank to a scheme of almost 60 homes under construction in Birmingham

The 57 properties at Heaton House are part of a total of 494 homes that Elevate will have under construction during 2022.

Kavannagh Construction began work on the Camden Street site in May this year, and when construction is completed in the third quarter of 2022, it will provide 14 townhouses with terraced gardens and 42 apartments.
