Elevate builds on growing pipeline as Hofton joins as Sales and Marketing Director

Birmingham-based Elevate Property Group has appointed David Hofton as Sales and Marketing Director as the company builds on a growing pipeline of developments.
As one of the region’s leading independent housebuilders Elevate currently has development sites across the UK including locations in West and East Midlands, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Kent, most of these are are either in construction or due to start shortly.
David Hofton joins from estate agents Hunters in Knowle where he was a director for over 25 years, during which he was actively involved with Hunters’ New Homes department which covered the West Midlands.
He said: <em>“Elevate Property Group is a forward thinking company with an aggressive growth plan committed to delivering an excellent product and that is what appealed to me. I have watched the company’s growth in recent years and admired the huge progress the business has achieved since 2010.</em>
<em>“I like the brand, the image and their approach to marketing and that is why I was keen to become involved.”</em>
Born and bred in Solihull, he was educated at St Alphege School, Tudor Grange School and Solihull Sixth Form College.
He continued his education, achieving a BSc Honours degree in Estate Management at what is now Birmingham City University, while beginning his career in property over 32 years ago with estate agents Vaughan Mitchell.
When Hunters was established over 25 years ago, he joined the founders, becoming an associate and eventually a director of the company.
He is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, and a member of the RICS.
He lives in Knowle and has worked with both Knowle and Dorridge Lions and Round Table in many charity fund raising events.
