Elevate building fifth development in two years to catch surge in city centre living

May 2017

Elevate Property Group, the developer with its own unique style, has announced the start of its fifth project in two years.

The St Pauls Square-based company is to begin work on 40 luxury, loft-style, two bed apartments in Tennant Street, near to Brindleyplace, with completion targeted for Summer 2018.

Elevate has already completed and sold Concord House, Queensway House and St Paul’s House in the city, with work on the 99 apartment Honduras Wharf development close to completion and almost sold out.

The company was responsible for the city’s most expensive apartment when the most luxurious penthouse at Concord House on Holloway Head was sold for £1.8 million.

The announcement came in the week when Birmingham was ranked as having the highest quality of life outside of London by the global Mercer Quality of Living Report 2017.

Managing director Steve Dodd said: “Tennant Street Lofts is the right development at the right time in the right place.

“It lies parallel to Broad Street and is a short walk from Brindleyplace, The Mailbox and the new HSBC retail banking division currently under construction.

“It is ideally placed in a city that is currently rated the most popular destination for Londoners wishing to make a new life outside of the capital.”

Ten of the 40 apartments include a balcony each and sizes range from 651 sq ft to 834 sq ft.
The development features a stylish reception area and includes on-site secure parking.
Steve Dodd added: “Birmingham is clearly a city on the up and we are excited to be involved in one of the most vibrant periods in its history for inner city regeneration.

“We have a number of new deals agreed across the city and the wider West Midlands and we hope to bring these forward as soon as we can to meet the evident demand for quality living space.”
Selling agents are Knight Frank and prices are available on application on 0121 200 2220.
