Solihull professionals have exclusive preview of luxury penthouse at Princes Gate

Elevate Property Group has unveiled the luxury penthouse apartment that is the flagship of its Princes Court development in Solihull.

The stunning 1,600 sq ft apartment comes with an impressive 1,100 sq ft roof terrace and a price tag of £900,000 for what has been called the town’s best penthouse with its southerly views of the Solihull skyline.

Selling agents Smart Homes and Elevate Property Group hosted a reception on the roof terrace for members of Solihull’s professional sector including lawyers, bankers, mortgage brokers and suppliers from the town’s leading firms.

They were also able to view the three show apartments that have been opened to acclaim from early visitors and off-plan buyers.

Julia Evans of Smart Homes, which has been appointed to sell the apartments in Phases I and II of the development, (Consort House and Royal House), said the luxury specification had made a real impression.

“We are very excited to have been instructed to sell what is Solihull’s most prestigious new residential development and the reaction to the range of show apartments we now have for visitors to view has been amazing,” she said.

Elevate’s head of interior design Jules Dodd has created a range of moods and styles in two apartments and one studio to demonstrate the unlimited potential each apartment at Princes Gate has for buyers to realise their own vision.

She said: “Each one is different, with the emerald greens and cobalt blues of the two bedroom apartment contrasting with the more traditional contemporary look of the one bedroom apartment.

“In the studio apartment we have gone for a more youthful, quasi-industrial look to appeal to the younger buyer.”

Julia Evans added: “The broad range of apartments available and excellent location of Princes Gate in Solihull has really sparked interest. We sold four apartments in our first weekend and a further two in the following week, so buyers are clearly impressed with what is on offer.”

She said the development was attracting interest from a wide spectrum of buyers, from those seeking their first home – Help to Buy is available – to downsizers and investors.

“The location with the railway station just 250 metres away offering a nine minute commute into central Birmingham and a journey of as little as 1 hour 35 minutes into London Marylebone is proving a real draw.

“And while the whole development comes with ample parking provision, central Solihull, the Touchwood Shopping Centre and all main amenities are a short walk away.”

Princes Gate also has a new Waitrose store just 200 metres away.

Over 60% of the apartments have been sold in Consort House which is now completed with the first occupiers due to move in from 1 May.

Buyers are already reserving some of the 70 apartments in Royal House, Phase II, which is scheduled for completion late this year.

The onsite marketing suite is now open four days a week from Friday to Monday. Further information can be viewed here or call Julia Evans at smarthomes on 0121 744 4144, or email newhomes@smart-homes.co.uk
