We’d like to express our sincere gratitude to the Midlands Props Awards for crowning Elevate Property Group Residential Developer of the Year 2024, at The Grand Hotel Birmingham

The Props Awards recognises and celebrates outstanding achievements in the Midlands property industry and we received the Residential Developer of the Year award for our extensive contributions to the Birmingham and Solihull property market, with the completion of Priory House, the regeneration of Heaton House and phase II of the hugely popular apartment scheme at Imperial House.

This award is truly a group effort. As always, the real heroes are the guys and girls who turn up each day and do what they do best, so a big and honest thank you to all the Elevate team and the people we work with, day in, day out.

Finally, a big thank you to @varietygb for giving their support to the property industry and hosting such a great event, but mostly for the work they do in transforming the lives of disabled and disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.
